Rony Thomas is a licensed realtor who works with The Jacques team. He was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and has been passionate about real estate since he was young, learning from his late father, who was also a real estate investor. After moving to the Dominican Republic for college, he earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science. Rony spent 14 years in the Dominican Republic, where he followed in his father's footsteps and became a real estate investor himself. He established "Thomas & Francis Property Group," which owns and invests in multiple condominium units in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. Rony has also recently expanded into the hospitality industry with investments in hotel suites. Additionally, he founded "Nutron Fitness," a brand that focuses on nutrition and fitness products. As a dedicated professional, Rony is committed to assisting potential clients in buying/selling homes and acquiring investment properties. He believes that transparency and honesty are pivotal in establishing trust with clients. Rony is well-versed in all housing needs in Miami–Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Treasure Coast (St. Lucie County, Martin County, and Indian River County). He brings a sharp business acumen to his work and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole. In his free time, Rony enjoys working out, golfing, dining out, and spending time with his wife and daughter. He looks forward to serving his clients with excellence.
